Site Foreman
Brink Security is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Site Foreman to oversee security operations and personnel at assigned client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel at assigned sites.
- Ensure all security procedures and company policies are strictly followed.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Handle incident reporting and liaise with management and clients.
- Ensure proper deployment and shift scheduling of guards.
- Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies.
Minimum Requirements
- Kenyan citizen with a valid National ID.
- Minimum KCSE certificate.
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in the security industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
